1. Purpose
– The shop can create a message to be sent in bulk according to a script.
– The owner/manager can send marketing message in bulk to notify of new arrivals/promotion program. If the customer is interested in the message, they will click on the corresponding button.
2. Instruction steps
– On menu bar of OCM select Send message. Select message type: Send advertisement message.
– Select fanpage to send message in bulk
– Check Message script.
– Select script to attach to the message.
– After selecting script to attach to the message, the program will show script on the right of the screen. You can check and edit script here. View how to edit script here.
– You can send message immediately or schedule it.
