Add items and print labels

If the shop imports new items, the shops can add them in one of these ways:
1. If the shop imports many new models and has the list in the Excel file (Order/Supplier’s quotation).
The shop should add items and print labels with MShopKeeper Import Data tool.

2. If the shop imports many new items but does not have the list in the Excel file.
The shop can import items and print labels on the mangement page and MShopKeeper Import Data tool.

  • On the management page.

  • On MShopKeeper Import Data tool.
    • Import items (View here)
    • Print labels (View here)

Note: In case of importing items with MShopKeeper Import Data tool, the shop can add basic information like Item name, Selling price, Size, Color. However, if the shop imports items on the management page, the manager can add detailed information of the items like Bar code, Item category, Purchase price, Inventory limit.

3. If the shop only adds some new models.
The shop should import each model on the management page and then print labels of these items.

4. If the shop only adds quantity to the existing models.
The manager only needs to print additional labels for these items. He/she can print labels on the management page or with MShopKeeper Import Data tool.

5. If the shop adds items like jewelry, accessories, watches, etc.
With these items, the shop will use the bar codes on these items to add.
