For online support via TeamViewer right on the mobile device, please install TeamViewer QuickSupport on tablet/mobile phone. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Install TeamViewer QuickSupport.
- Open Play Store (CH Play) on Android device or App Store on iPhone or iPad.
- Search with the keyword teamviewer quicksupport.
- Touch TeamViewer QuickSupport and install it.
Note: For Samsung, please install QuickSupport for Samsung.
2. Connect the PC with the mobile device.
If you encounter any difficulty in using the software, please connect your mobile device to PC for online support. Here are details:
- Open TeamViewer QuickSupport on the mobile device.
- Get ID on the screen and send it to the supporter or use the feature Send my ID…
- Click Allow to confirm.
- After connecting successfully, you can communicate in chat box, screenshot for instant support.
- For some devices running Android (E.g.: Samsung, LG, ZTE and others). The supporter can control your device via TeamViewer.
- Teamviewer interface on PC.
