1. Purpose
Help the manager merge fanpages to facilitate the assignment of staffs in taking care of conversations. Following up and managing becomes easier.
2. Instruction steps
After connecting Fanpage Facebook to OCM if you want to merge fanpages, please follow these steps:
– On OCM, click Settings
– On Manage Fanpage, select Merge Fanpage tab
– Click Select fanpage to merge
– Name the category of fanpages to be merged. If you do not name it, category name will include names of all merged fanpages.
– Check fanpages to be merged. Then click OK.
– You can edit/delete merged fanpages
– When taking care of customers, the group of merged fanpages shows collage including all profile pictures of merged fanpages
