Print label

1. Purpose

Instruct Detailed instruction on how to print labels of items.

2. Instruction steps
1. At Getting started step, click Print label.


2. Click Print label.


3. At Print common labels tab, select the items you want to print labels.


4. Or click the icon to select items by model.


5. Here you can quickly add the number of labels to be printed.

6. After selecting and entering the number of labels to be printed, click Select.

7. If you only want to print items without labels, click Utilities\Select item which has not printed label.


8. Enter quantity of labels to be printed for each item.


9. Or set to print labels for all items. E.g., to enter 5 labels for all items, please follow these steps:

  • Click Utilities, select Enter the same quantity.
  • Enter quantity and click OK.

  • Then, you can reenter the number of labels for some items.

10. Or you can print labels for all inventory items as follows:

  • Click Utilities, select Load inventory quantity.


11. Label template settings: Size, template.
Select unit (mm or inch) to customize and select correct paper size.


If the shop sells accessories (watches, jewelry, glasses, etc), the shop can print T-shaped label. View detailed instruction here.
If the shop uses custom label template, click Other to select. View detailed instruction here.

12. Click Print label

13. Select printer at Destination.


14. Click Print.
Note: Uncheck Fit to printable area and set 100%.

4. Note
1. If paper size is not set for the printer, when printing it may cause error. Therefore, you need to proceed with printer settings as follows:

  • On Print screen, click Change at Destination.
  • At Local destination, click Manage.
  • Select printer, right click and select Printing Preferences…

  • Check mm or inch. Then enter paper size the same as that in Step 8.
  • Click Apply, then click OK.
  • Close all and then print again.

After settings, paper size will be saved and next time you do not need to set up again.

2. If different shops in a chain have different selling prices, when printing label the manager can print label with the price corresponding to each shop.

3. If paper size at the shop is different from the paper size on the program, the shop can customize it at Paper settings.
