1. Purpose
For a shop chain which has a Headquarter, all purchase activities will be conducted at the headquarters and then distributed to shops. The shop management software MShopKeeper has General storehouse feature for Chain Store package which satisfies this requirement.
2. Instruction steps
1. Select General storehouse.
2. Here the manager can proceed with Purchase, Storehouse, Pay-in/Pay-out and other settings. However, the manager cannot proceed with sales and sales-related activities.
Businesses on the General storehouse are conducted the same as those in the storehouse in a single shop. Details:
- Purchase.
- Storehouse.
- Pay-in/Pay-out.
- Utilities (Cannot set up utilities related to sale like Customer, Drawer, Shift)
- Report (Excluding Sale reports).
