At <strong>Print common labels <\/strong>tab, select the items you want to print labels.<span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/38.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. Or click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/icon-tim-kiem-1.png\"> to select items by model.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/65.png\" class=\"img-size80\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span><span>5. Here you can quickly add the number of labels to be printed.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/66.png\" class=\"img-size80\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>6. After selecting and entering the number of labels to be printed, click <\/span><span><strong>Select<\/strong><\/span><span>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/67.png\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>7. If you only want to print items without labels, click <\/span><span><strong>Utilities\\<\/strong><\/span><span><strong>Select item which has not printed label<\/strong><\/span><span>.<br \/>\n<\/span><span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/68.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/69.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>8. Enter quantity of labels to be printed for each item.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/70.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>9. Or set to print labels for all items. E.g., to enter 5 labels for all items, please follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Click <strong>Utilities<\/strong>, select <strong>Enter the same quantity.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Enter quantity and click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/71.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Then, you can reenter the number of labels for some items.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>10. Or you can print labels for all inventory items as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Click <strong>Utilities, <\/strong>select <strong>Load inventory quantity<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/72.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/72.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>11. Label template settings: <\/span><span><strong>Size, template<\/strong><\/span><span>.<br \/>\n<em>Select unit (<strong>mm<\/strong><span> or <\/span><span><strong>in<\/strong><\/span><strong>ch<\/strong>) to customize and select correct paper size.<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/73.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span><em>If the shop sells accessories (watches, jewelry, glasses, etc), the shop can print T-shaped label. View detailed instruction <a href=\"huong_dan_in_tem_chu_t\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\nIf the shop uses custom label template, click <strong>Other <\/strong>to select. View detailed instruction <a href=\"170106_tuy_chinh_mau_in_tem_ma\">here<\/a>.<\/em><br \/>\n12. Click <strong>Print label<\/strong><\/span><strong>.<br \/>\n<\/strong><span>13. Select printer at <\/span><span><strong>Destination<\/strong><\/span><span>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/80.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span>14. Click <strong>Print<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Uncheck Fit to printable area and set<strong> 100%<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/81.png\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>You can refer to how to print labels with Tool Import Data <a href=\"170301_in_tem_ma_bang_cong_cu_tool_import_data\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong><span>4. Note<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1. If paper size is not set for the printer, when printing it may cause error. Therefore, you need to proceed with printer settings as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On Print screen, click <strong>Change <\/strong>at <strong>Destination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/82.png\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>At <strong>Local destination, <\/strong>click <strong>Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/83.jpg\" class=\"img-size60\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Select printer, right click and select <strong>Printing Preferences&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div><strong><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/in-tem-r5-4.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Check mm or inch. Then enter paper size the same as that in Step 8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/in-tem-r5-5.png\" class=\"img-size30\">\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Apply<\/strong>, then click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Close all and then print again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span>After settings, paper size will be saved and next time you do not need to set up again.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. If different shops in a chain have different selling prices, when printing label the manager can print label with the price corresponding to each shop.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/75.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/76.png\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3.
