Import from Excel file (Applicable when the shop manages items in an Excel file)<\/a><\/em><\/span><br \/>\nTo import items, please follow 2 steps:<br \/>\n<span><strong>Step 1: Prepare an Excel list of items<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. At <strong>Getting started <\/strong>screen, click <strong>Import from Excel file.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>2. Click<span><strong> <\/strong>download template here<\/span> in <strong>Import utilities and opening inventory <\/strong>to download Excel template file.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/44.png\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. <span>Copy data to this Excel file. Then save and close the file.<\/span><br \/>\n<em>Check out how to import items with Excel template file <a href=\"mot_so_luu_y_khi_nhap_khau_hang_hoa_k_m_ton_kho_ban_dau\">here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/45.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>If SKU code and bar code columns are left blank, the program will automatically generate these codes. (<strong>SKU Code<span> <\/span><\/strong>is the item ID and used to distinguish items instead of item name. It is used for internalmanagement like inventory management and report.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/em>Step 2: <strong>Import list of items from an Excel file to the program<\/strong><\/strong><br \/>\n1. On <strong>Enter list of items<\/strong> in <strong>Getting started <\/strong>screen, select <strong>Import from Excel file.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span>2. Click <\/span><strong>Select source file<\/strong><span> to upload the Excel file.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/35.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>3. At <strong>Check data step<\/strong>: The program shows valid and invalid items.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/46.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. You can download the file including invalid items and edit it.<br \/>\n5. Click <strong>Continue<\/strong>.<br \/>\n6. At <strong>Import result: <\/strong>The program will import valid items and inventory quantity and notify of import result.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/47.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>7. Click <strong>Complete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span><em><br \/>\n<a name=\"tukhaibao\">2.2. Enter manually (Applicable when the manager wants to add each item)<\/a><\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span>To add each item, follow these steps:<br \/>\n<\/span><span>1. On <strong>Enter list of items<\/strong> in <strong>Getting started <\/strong>screen, <strong>Enter manually<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>2. Click <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/27.png\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p><span><span>3. Enter information on the item.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/28.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span><em><em><strong>Note: <\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span><em><em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em><em>Check <strong>Display on sales screen<\/strong> if the item is not sold directly but only in a combo or promotion.<\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>If the shop uses the bar code and label right on the product to manage like glasses, jewelry, watch, etc. the shop can add this information in <strong>Bar code<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Cost price <\/strong>of the item will be updated by the latest price.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>If the shop offers wholesale, on <strong>Selling price <\/strong>click the icon  <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/icon-bang-gia.png\"> to set selling price on the other pricelists.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/em><\/em><\/span><span><span>4. Enter property of the item: <strong>Color <\/strong>and <strong>Size. Note: <\/strong>separate properties with <em>&#8220;,&#8221;.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>5. On <strong>Property details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter opening inventory by each item. <\/li>\n<li><span>Enter selling price if the items have different prices for different sizes\/colors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>If the shop offers wholesale, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/icon-bang-gia.png\"> to set up selling price in different pricelists.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/29.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span><span>6. Enter product description. You can update photo for the product.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/30.png\" class=\"img-size100\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>If the item does not have photo, the program will automatically recognize item type and select icon accordingly.<br \/>\nE.g.: You enter Dress, the programm will automatically select icon dress.
