2. Select the bill involving exchange\/return. You can use search or filter by time feature.<\/span>

\n3. Click <\/span>Ex.\/Re. <\/strong>on the bill.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Select the items to be exchanged\/returned and enter the quantity. Click <\/span>OK<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

5<\/span>. If the shop charges upon Ex.\/Re. item, click the icon <\/span>\"\"<\/span> and enter the charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Select the payment method as <\/span>Transfer <\/strong>or Cash<\/strong><\/span>.
\n<\/span>7. If the customer wants to buy more upon exchange\/return, select the items he\/she wants<\/span>.<\/span>
\n8. If this item is more than the exchanged\/returned item, the customer has to pay for the extra amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Click F12 – Get payment<\/strong>.
\n9. Enter the given amount. Then press F12 – Complete<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n
