The accountant\/Manager can check, compare, and collect COD on the management page.

\n<\/span><\/strong>1. Select Shipping book<\/strong><\/span>. The program show all shipping bills by status: Waiting for shipping, Shipping, Wait for COD, Completed, Failed, Returned<\/strong>.

2. You can filter orders by time or search by status, bill number, tracking number<\/span>

3. For the orders <\/span>Wait for COD<\/strong>, the accountant\/manager confirms of receiving payment from the partner as follows:<\/span><\/div>\n

  • Click on Collect COD<\/strong> on the order which receives payment from the partner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Select the payment method. Then, click Collect COD <\/strong>to complete.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • After collecting COD, the order is moved to Completed status, the amount in Payable <\/strong>column is turned to 0.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. The manager\/accountant can use Item statistics<\/strong> to track the status of items<\/span>.
        \n<\/span>E.g.: <\/strong>Summarize items which are waiting for shipping:<\/em><\/p>\n

        • Select 1 or multiple orders. Click Item statistics<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
