Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program allows to automatically to check and finalize COD received from the shipping partners, so the manager does not need to manually check and save a lot of time and effort from finalizing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>On <strong>Order <\/strong>screen, the manager checks\u00a0<strong>Cross-check,<\/strong> <strong>Add cross-checking note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200bStep 2:<\/strong> Add cross-checking note (there 2 ways)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select shipping partner. Then select tracking number in the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>*Note:<\/em><\/strong><em> If you do not select any shipping partner, the program will not load list of tracking numbers. The program only loads list of tracking numbers of the shipping partner on the note and with the\u00a0 status: <strong>Waiting for COD <\/strong>and <strong>Failed<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u200b<\/strong>The manager selects <strong>Import <\/strong>and download the template file. After that, the manager enters full information in the import file and then import it to the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Save and select cross-checking<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If there&#8217;s any difference, the manage will save it for the next cross-checking. The saved note will be in the status \u201c<strong>Checking<\/strong>\u201d and cannot make payment. The manager can print or export the cross-checking file and send it to the shipping partner to check.<\/li>\n<li>If there&#8217;s no difference, the manager clicks <strong>Save. <\/strong>The program will enable <strong>Pay <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Make payment or confirm cross-checking<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The manager clicks <strong>Pay<\/strong>, select method of payment: collect COD and pay shipping cost to the shipping partner. Click <strong>Pay<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The cross-checking note will be moved to <strong>Checked <\/strong>status after getting paid. The program will update it to the report <strong>Debt\\Shipping partner.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If COD and shipping cost are 0, the manager only needs to confirm cross-checking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
