\nStep 1: Create order<\/em><\/strong>
\n1. Select items from the list.<\/p>\n

2. Enter customer information. The program will automatically select pricelist according to the customer information.<\/p>\n

Depending on the actual quantity and wholesale pricing policy, the cashier can select the pricelist again.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3. If the bill needs note, click the icon \"\", select \"\" to recognize.
\n4. Click the icon \"\" to enter shipping information.<\/p>\n

  • Enter Receiver information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \"\"<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    If the shipping partner collects money from the customer and then gives it to the shop, check COD.<\/strong>
    \nIf the customer has fully paid, enter the amount in Deposit and select the payment method.
    \nSelect the sale channel if the shop has registered and posted products there such as <\/em>Lazada, Shopee, Facebook,… Based on that, the shop evaluates the effectiveness of these channels.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    • Enter information on Ship partner. <\/strong>Select the type and enter information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      7. Click OK<\/strong>.
      \n8. Then click F10 – Save to shipping book<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      \nStep 2: Shipping<\/em><\/strong>
      \nAfter creating the order, the shop will give items to the ship partner. Please follow these steps:
      \n1. Click the icon \"\" and select Shipping book<\/strong>.
      \n2. Select the status Waiting for shipping<\/strong>.
      \n3. Click Ship<\/strong> on the customer’s order.<\/p>\n

      If the shop delivers right after creating the order, on Sale <\/strong>screen you only need to click Ship.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      Step 3: Track shipping status<\/em><\/strong>
      \n1. After giving items to the partner, the order will be moved to Shipping<\/strong>.
      \nIn case of successful delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Click Complete<\/strong> on the customer’s order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In case of failed delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Click the icon \"\" and select Failed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Enter reason and click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • At that time, the order will be moved to Failed <\/strong>status, click Return<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • If the shop has to pay shipping fee to the partner because of this failure, enter Sew s<\/strong>hipping cost paid to partner<\/strong> and click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
