The manager can place purchase order and manage these orders with the suppliers.<\/p>\n

2.1. For single shops<\/strong><\/p>\n

The shop can create purchase order or load information from the stock request note.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> On the management page, select Purchase\\Order<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Click Add<\/strong>, enter information.<\/p>\n

Or click Select stock request note.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Click Save<\/strong>. Then the shop can export\/print note and send it to the supplier.<\/p>\n

2.2. For chain shops<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> When the branches need to purchase items, the staff will create a stock request and send it to the general storehouse.<\/p>\n

  • Add items to the note<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Step 2:<\/strong> The manager bases on the stock request notes from branches and totals the items to purchase.<\/p>\n
