Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nThe wholesale shop can set different pricelists to apply to each customer or customer group as per the shop&#8217;s pricing policy.<\/p>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n2. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>1. Go to <strong>Utilities\\Pricelist<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Click <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-19-51.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Enter information on the pricelist.<br \/>\n4. Enter pricelist name.<br \/>\n5. If you want to use the current pricelist as default upon checking out for customers, check <strong>Use as default pricelist<\/strong>.<br \/>\n6. If you want to apply pricelist by customer category, at <strong>Apply to <\/strong>check <strong>By customer category <\/strong>and applicable customer categories.<br \/>\n7. If you want to assign a certain staff to edit the pricelist, at <strong>Right to edit the pricelist <\/strong>check <strong>By staff <\/strong>and select the staff who can edit the pricelist.<br \/>\n8. If you want to apply the pricelist to some staff, at <strong>Application assignment <\/strong>check <strong>By staff<\/strong> and select the assigned staff.<br \/>\n<em>The staff who is not assigned cannot see the pricelist.<\/em><br \/>\n9. Describe the pricelist.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-22-31.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>10. Enter price.<br \/>\n11. At <strong>SKU code <\/strong>column, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-chon-hang-hoa-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to select the items to be applied wholesale price.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-22-35.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>12. Select item category or model.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-30-04.png\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-24-10.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>13. Click <strong>Select<\/strong>.<br \/>\n14. Enter wholesale price to <strong>New price <\/strong>column.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-30-05.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>16. For some items which are calculated different from other items, follow the same steps and uncheck <strong>Apply formula to all items in the list<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2019-07-31_15-45-48.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>19. Note<\/strong><br \/>\n1. After checking out, based on the customer information the program will automatically select a corresponding pricelist.
