\n<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>– On menu bar of OCM, select <\/span>Settings <\/strong>and click Manage message template.<\/strong><\/span>

2.1 Set up a message template to all fanpages
\n–\u00a0On Manage message template screen, click General message template.<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/strong>\u00a0\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

– The program defaults 3 message templates: greeting, new arrival, stock alert.
\n– To create a template: Click the icon \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

+ Enter content and use tags below (Customer name, Fanpage name).
\n+ Enter short keys upon chatting with customers.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

+ Click Save<\/strong><\/span> to save the template or <\/span>Save & Add<\/strong><\/span> to save the template and add another template.
\n– To edit the template, click the icon \"\"\u00a0 on the right of the message.
\n– To delete the template, click the icon\u00a0<\/span>\"\"\u00a0on the right of the message.<\/span>

2.2 Set up Individual message template for each fanpage<\/strong>

– Select fanpage to set up a message template.<\/p>\n

– Add, edit or delete message template as in 2.1.
