– After selecting\u00a0<\/span>Create your chatbot, the program shows 6 steps of creating a chatbot including:\u00a0<\/span>Chatbot name, Greeting, Greeting script, Default reply, Reply by keyword\u00a0and select fanpage to use chatbot.<\/span><\/span>
+\u00a0<\/span>Greeting: It will be shown when the customer chats with fanpage for the first time.<\/span><\/span>

\n2.1 Chatbot name
\n– Chatbot name is the product type the shop is selling. The manage can give chatbot a name by entering directly on the box.<\/span>

\u00a02.2 Greeting:
\n–\u00a0On\u00a0<\/span>Greeting, the manager enter content of Greeting with mixing fields\u00a0<\/span>Customer name\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Page name. After that, move the mouse out of the box and the manager will see how the greeting appears on the smartphone.
\n<\/span>(<\/span>Note:\u00a0<\/span>When the customer sends message for the first time, in the Greeting\u00a0<\/span>Customer name<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0will be replaced by the customer name and\u00a0<\/span>Fanpage name<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0will be replaced by the fanpage using chatbot)<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 Greeting script
\n– This appears after the customer clicks Start.\u00a0<\/span>
\n– The program allows to prepare a greeting script based on predicted questions.\u00a0<\/span>
\n– Below is an example on how Greeting script works (with the buttons\u00a0Promotion Program, View products, Call now. When the customer clicks any button, corresponding message will appear)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On\u00a0<\/span>Greeting script,\u00a0<\/strong>the program shows 2 options:\u00a0Message<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Script<\/strong>.
\n–\u00a0Case 1<\/strong>: Select\u00a0Script<\/strong>\u00a0to create Greeting script. Get started with adding new message.<\/span>

          – After adding a message, you will see this new message on\u00a0<\/span>Message Script\/Script\u00a0<\/strong>screen<\/span>.

          – Continue creating more messages according to the script.<\/span>

          – Hold and drag the new message to\u00a0<\/span>Greeting script<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0area.
          \n–\u00a0Click on Start button to select the first message in the script the customer will receive.<\/span>

          – Hold and drag buttons in dark blue to connect messages with each other to make a complete script.

          2.4 Default reply<\/span>
          – Here you will see 4 tabs:\u00a0<\/span>Reply to comment\u00a0<\/strong>(to reply to customers’ comments),\u00a0Reply to message<\/strong>\u00a0(to reply to customers’ messages),\u00a0Reply to comment with phone number\u00a0<\/strong>(to reply to customers’ comments including phone numbers),\u00a0Reply to message with phone number<\/strong>\u00a0(to reply to customers’ messages including phone numbers<\/span>).<\/span>


          + Add<\/span>\u00a0Reply to message<\/strong><\/span>: The program shows 2 options:\u00a0Reply with comment<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Reply with message.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Check either of them if you want to automatically reply to customers with comments or messages.           \n2.5 Auto-reply by keyword<\/strong>
          \n– The program will automatically reply based on keywords in the customers’ messages\/comments. These keywords are set by the Manager according to the advice script.<\/span>
          \n– The same as\u00a0<\/span>Default reply<\/strong>, when the customer leaves comment, you can select\u00a0<\/span>Reply with comment<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>Reply with message<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span>Reply with both comment and message<\/strong>.<\/span>
          \n– To set up reply to comment or message,\u00a0<\/span>click the icon\u00a0\u00a0\"\"\u00a0to add keyword group.<\/span>
          \n\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\"\"<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          – Name the keyword group and enter keywords.<\/span>

          – Click\u00a0<\/span>Reply settings<\/span>\u00a0to edit or add auto-reply to each keyword group.

          – Click the icon\u00a0\u00a0Preview<\/strong>\u00a0to preview the reply.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Note:\u00a0<\/strong>If 1 keyword has different auto-replies, when the customer leaves comment\/message they’ll randomly receive 1 of those replies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          2.6 Complete
          \n– Here the program show all fanpages connected to OCM. Click on the fanpage to apply chatbot and Chatbot name or select General Chatbot to apply to all fanpages.
