1. Purpose<\/strong>
\u200b-\u00a0The shop can create chatbot (for the first time) to automatically reply to customers’ messages\/commentsor or send information on promotion, products, shop information according to preset script when there is no staff or the staff has not replied within 10 minutes.

\n<\/span>– On menu bar, click chatbot icon.<\/span>

– On Chatbot settings, you can <\/span>Use built-in chatbot<\/span> or <\/span>Create your chatbot<\/span>.

– Click\u00a0<\/span>Create your chatbot<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to add a new chatbot<\/span>

– After selecting <\/span>Create your chatbot, the program shows 6 steps of creating a chatbot including: <\/span>Chatbot name, Greeting, Greeting script, Default reply, Reply by keyword and select fanpage to use chatbot.<\/span><\/span>
+ <\/span>Greeting: It will be shown when the customer chats with fanpage for the first time.<\/span><\/span>
+ <\/span>Greeting script: It will be shown when the customer clicks <\/span>Start.<\/span><\/span>
+ <\/span>Default reply: the customer receives it when they leaves message\/comment on the fanpage but there is no staff or the staff has not replied within 10 minutes.

\n– Chatbot name is the product type the shop is selling. The manage can give chatbot a name by entering directly on the box.<\/span>

2.2 Greeting:

\n–\u00a0On\u00a0<\/span>Greeting, the manager enter content of Greeting with mixing fields <\/span>Customer name and\u00a0<\/span>Page name. After that, move the mouse out of the box and the manager will see how the greeting appears on the smartphone.
\n<\/span>(<\/span>Note:\u00a0<\/span>When the customer sends message for the first time, in the Greeting <\/span>Customer name<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0will be replaced by the customer name and <\/span>Fanpage name<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0will be replaced by the fanpage using chatbot)<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 Greeting script

\n– This appears after the customer clicks Start.\u00a0<\/span>

\n– The program allows to prepare a greeting script based on predicted questions.\u00a0<\/span>
\n– Below is an example on how Greeting script works (with the buttons\u00a0Promotion Program, View products, Call now. When the customer clicks any button, corresponding message will appear)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
