The manager\/online staff can directly handle orders on OCM without MShopKeeper.

\n2. Instruction steps<\/strong>
When the online staff procceds <\/span>Create order\/Ship <\/strong>online orders, order information will be updated on OCM. The manager\/Cashier\/Salesperson receives and handles orders as below:

\n1.\u00a0<\/strong>Select<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Order\u00a0<\/strong>on menu bar, the program shows all orders created on OCM on <\/span>All\u00a0tab.<\/span>

– Click on each item to view details.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0<\/strong>For <\/span>Waiting for shipping <\/strong>orders<\/span>:
\n+ Select\u00a0Send order<\/strong>\u00a0to send order to the connected shipping partner: Viettel post, Giao h\u00e0ng nhanh, Giao h\u00e0ng ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m, Ahamove
\n+ Select\u00a0Ship now<\/strong>\u00a0if the shipper is an individual.
\n+ Select\u00a0Edit order<\/strong>\u00a0to edit information before shipping.
\n+ Select\u00a0Print bill<\/strong>\u00a0or click\u00a0Print shipping note<\/strong>\u00a0to print bill and shipping note.
\n+ Select\u00a0Delete order<\/strong>\u00a0to delete the selected order.

– For Shipping\u00a0orders<\/span><\/strong>
\n+ If the shipper is an organization like Viettel post, Giao h\u00e0ng nhanh, Giao h\u00e0ng ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m, Ahamove: After clicking Send order, OCM will update status from the shipping partner so that the shop can manage it. However, you also can handle order on OCM as follows: Click Complete <\/strong><\/span>when the order is shipped successfully. Click\u00a0Print bill<\/strong><\/span> or <\/span>Print shipping note<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to print\u00a0bill and shipping note. Click\u00a0Delete order<\/strong><\/span> to cancel the selected order or click <\/span>Failed to ship <\/strong>if the shipping partner cannot deliver the order.<\/span><\/span>
\nNote<\/strong><\/span>: If you update order status manually, the program will not automatically update order status from the shipping partner to OCM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n+ If the shipper is an individual, click Complete <\/strong><\/span>when shipping successfully, click\u00a0Print bill<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span>Print shipping note<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to print\u00a0bill and shipping note,\u00a0click\u00a0<\/span>Failed to ship\u00a0<\/strong>if the shipper cannot deliver the order.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– For Wait for COD\u00a0<\/strong>orders: After clicking Complete <\/strong>on the orders without COD, the status will change from Shipping <\/strong>to Complete<\/strong>. However, for orders with COD the status will change from Shipping <\/strong>to Wait for COD. <\/strong>Click Collect COD <\/strong>when the ship partner pays. Then the status will change from Wait for COD <\/strong>to Complete <\/strong>and reduce debt of the shipping partner.<\/p>\n

\n– For Failed to ship <\/strong>orders: After click Failed to ship<\/strong>\u00a0on OCM, the status will change from Shipping <\/strong>to Failed to ship. <\/strong>When the shipping partner returns order, click Return<\/strong>\u00a0to add order to storehouse.<\/p>\n
