1. Purpose<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The cashier can process orders on Order page.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Instruction steps<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

After placing order on Order page, the order will be synchronized to PC eShop for the cashier to process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0On Sale screen, click the icon\u00a0\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Click the icon\u00a0\"\"\u00a0on the bar to view list of orders from Order page.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Click Handle \/ Cancel<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to view order details, please click on the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

It will show order details including item information, sale channel, shipping information, issuing storehouse, method of delivery<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Select Shipping partner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0After order is processed, the program will navigate to Sale screen (if the customer selects COD).<\/span><\/p>\n

Here the cashier can edit quantity of items, unit price, item type (if necessary).<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0For orders paid via e-wallet, when the cashier clicks Accept to handle, the order will be moved to Shipping status and cannot be edited. You can follow up this order in Order (Shipping book).<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong>\u00a0Select\u00a0Send order\u00a0<\/strong>and give to the shipping partner.<\/span><\/p>\n
