Instruction steps<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"1\"><\/a>In case of using the existing Excel file of the shop<\/strong><br \/>\nTo import items with MShopKeeper Import Data tool, please follow these steps:<br \/>\n<em><strong><br \/>\nNote: <\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><em><em>Open MShopKeeper Import Data tool following the path C:\\MISA JSC\\MShopKeeper\\Bin, double click on the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1551753339831.png\" alt=\"\" \/>.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>For the first time of using MShopKeeper Import Data tool, you need to log in MShopKeeper Sale software. For the next times, you do not need to do so.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Check list of items in the existing Excel file<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Check list of existing items in the shop. <em><strong>Note: <\/strong>Separate Color and size with comma.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Import list of items from the Excel file<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Select the source file.<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Click <strong>Select file<\/strong> to upload the Excel file.<br \/>\n2. Select the number of rows. For example: The data row in the Excel file starts from the 8th row, enter number 8 here.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/nhap-khau-hang-hoa-bang-tool-01.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n3. Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Combine data.<\/strong><br \/>\n1. The program lists the data columns: <strong>SKU code, Item name, Selling price, Color, Size. <\/strong>You need to select the columns corresponding to these columns on the software. At <strong>Data column in the source file<\/strong>, click the arrow symbol to select the data column in the Excel file corresponding to these columns on the software.<br \/>\n<em><strong>SKU code<\/strong> is the item ID and used to distinguish items instead of item name. It is used for internalmanagement like inventory management and report<\/em><br \/>\n2. Check the items you want to import.<br \/>\n2. Edit the selling price if you want to change the price of items with multiple colors or sizes.<br \/>\n3. Enter items into this Excel file.
