Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nThe manager can add stock receipt note to the program in these cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#1\">Receive stock but debit to the supplier<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#2\">Receive stock and pay to the supplier right away<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Instruction steps<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em><a name=\"1\"><\/a>In case of giving debit to the supplier<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>1. Select <strong>Purchase\\Stock receipt<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Click <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/773.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Check <strong>Supplier debt <\/strong>and enter information on the note.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/774.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. On <strong>Details<\/strong>, select the newly added items.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-search-r7.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to quickly select and quickly add quantity, Unit price of the items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/782.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the newly added items.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Quick add<\/strong>, enter the quantity and unit price of each item.<\/li>\n<li>You can reenter quantity, unit price of the items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/783.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/784.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n5. Click Ok.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/785.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>6. The program automatically enters <strong>Unit price<\/strong> of the items according to <strong>Purchase price<\/strong> when adding any item. You can edit it if the imported price is different from the purchase price.<br \/>\nFor the next stock receipt, the unit price of the last receipt is defaulted.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/786.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>7. Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a name=\"2\"><\/a>Receive stock and pay to the supplier right away<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1. Select <strong>Purchase\\Stock receipt<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Click <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/773.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Check <strong>Pay now <\/strong>and select the payment method.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/788.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. The program will automatically generate <strong>Pay-out note <\/strong>equivalent to the methods.<br \/>\nEnter information on the <strong>Receipt note <\/strong>and <strong>Pay-out note<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/789.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/790.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>5. The program automatically enters <strong>Unit price<\/strong> of the items according to <strong>Purchase price<\/strong> when adding any item.
