Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nThe cashier can create exchange\/return order for the customers in either of this way: <a href=\"#1\">Quickly exchange\/return items<\/a> or <a href=\"#2\">Exchange\/return item by bill<\/a>.<strong><br \/>\n2. Instruction steps<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em><a name=\"1\"><\/a>In case of quickly exchanging or returning item<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the shop does not require bill upon exchanging or returning items, the cashier can use Quick Exchange\/Return feature as below:<\/p>\n<p>1. Click the icon<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-3vach.png\" alt=\"\" \/>, select <strong>Exchange\/Return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/530.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Click <strong>Quick Exchange\/Return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/531.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Scan the bar code of the item to be exchanged\/returned.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/532.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Methods of changing unit price for the returned items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>System admin, chain manager, shop manager and staff can quickly edit unit price for the returned items when they proceed return\/exchange.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"http:\/\/help2014.misa.local\/mshop_sudung_vi\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/809.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\n<li>The shop manager can change price of the returned item according to the pricelist by selecting the pricelist and update unit price for the returned item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4727\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Doitrahangmua.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1021\" height=\"770\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. If unit of the returned item is different from the basic unit, right click on the returned item, select <strong>Change unit<\/strong>\u00a0and select a proper unit.<\/p>\n<p>5. If the shop manages the customer information, enter customer ID, phone number or name to search and select the customer.<\/p>\n<p>If the shop issues a physical card, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-quet-ma-kh-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to scan code for the customer.<\/p>\n<p>If there is no customer information, click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/them-khach-hang.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to quickly add the customer information.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/533.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. If the shop charges when the guest wants to exchange or return any item, enter the charge in <strong>Exchange\/Return charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/534.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>If exchanging or returning item is charged, right click on the item to recognize it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/535.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. Select the payment method as <strong>Reduce debt, Transfer, <\/strong>or <strong>Cash<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>8. If the customer wants to buy additional item upon exchanging or returning item, check <strong>Buy more <\/strong>and scan bar code of the item.<\/p>\n<p>9. If the additional item which the customer buys is more expensive than the exchanged\/returned item, the customer will have to pay extra money. The program will automatically direct to <strong>Quick get payment <\/strong>screen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/536.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10. If the customer buys more, right click on the returned item and select <strong>Change quantity<\/strong>. Then enter new quantity.<\/p>\n<p>11. Enter the amount. Then click <strong>F12 &#8211; Complete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/537.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a name=\"2\"><\/a>In case of Exchanging\/Returning by bill<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nIf the shop requires bill upon exchanging or returning any item, the cashier should follow these steps:<br \/>\n1. Click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-3vach.png\" alt=\"\" \/>, select <strong>Exchange\/Return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/530.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Select the bill which involves the returned\/exchanged item. You can use Search or Filter by time feature.<\/p>\n<p>3. Click <strong>Ex.\/Re. <\/strong>on the bill.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/538.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Select the item to be exchanged\/returned, enter the quantity. Then click<strong> OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/539.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n=&gt; <strong>Note:<\/strong> The bought unit will be the exchanged\/returned unit, it cannot be changed.<\/p>\n<p>5. Note:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Upon creating an exchange\/return bill, the system will automatically generate stock-receipt note for the exchanged\/returned item in order to follow up inventory exactly.<br \/>\nUnit price on the stock receipt note is the price in the latest stock issue note.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/540.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. The software does not allow quick exchange\/return for the wholesale items.<br \/>\n3. When searching bills, it is required to enter bill number exactly.<br \/>\nIf the bill cannot be found, it may be created on the other device or deleted.
