On <strong>Sale <\/strong>screen, search and click on the item the customer selects. (Press <strong>F3 <\/strong>key)<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/506.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. Enter color and size.<\/p>\n<p>3. Enter quantity.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/507.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. Click <strong>OK<\/strong>. If the shop manages customer information, enter customer ID, phone number or name.<br \/>\nIf the shop issues physical cards to the customers, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-quet-ma-kh-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to scan code.<br \/>\nIf there is no customer information, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/them-khach-hang.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to quickly add customer information.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/511.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. If the customer pays with <strong>Voucher<\/strong>, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-them.png\" alt=\"\" \/>, select <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2017-10-02_14-11-37.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to recognize.<\/p>\n<p>4. If the bill includes note, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-them.png\" alt=\"\" \/>, select <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-ghi-chu.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to recognize.<br \/>\n5. After that, click <strong>F12 &#8211; Get payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/512.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>If the guest pays by card or cash<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the paid amount, select face value or select <strong>Cash suggestion<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If the customer does not pay by cash, select the proper payment method.<\/li>\n<li>Check <strong>Change not taken<\/strong> or <strong>Change deducted<\/strong> depending on the actual situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/513.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>Note: <\/strong>If you enter the paid amount by face value<br \/>\n<\/em><em>The number of clicks is the number of given notes (For example the customer gives VND1,000,000, you just need to click two times on 500.000)<br \/>\n<\/em><em>If you enter wrong amount (exceeding the number of notes or wrong amount), you just need to delete the paid amount and reenter it<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em><\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>If the guest both pays for the bill and pays debt<\/strong><br \/>\nEnter paid amount, select face value as per Cash suggestion<br \/>\nAccording to the paid amount and debited amount, the cashier checks Collect debt. The program will automatically collect debt after collecting money for the bill.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"http:\/\/help2014.misa.local\/mshop_sudung_vi\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/10042019_thuno1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>If the customer pays with Viettel Pay or Momo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: The owner has set up e-wallet on the management page, View detailed instruction <a href=\"vi_dien_tu\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: The owner or cashier creates a bill, at the <strong>Get payment<\/strong> step, click Payment method as Momo or Viettel Pay.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/514.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>=&gt; The program will show QR Code, the customer can directly scan this code on the screen to make payment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/600.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>or the owner can print QR Code and show it to the customer by connecting the printer and click <strong>Print code.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To check the transaction, the owner click on Check transaction, the program will show the transaction status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/601.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>After making payment successfully, the owner cannot delete the e-wallet payment method..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/603.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of receiving confirmation of making payment successfully via e-wallet, the program will automatically recognize this payment method for the bill and the owner proceed with the bill as usual.<\/li>\n<li>If the owner receives payment from e-wallet but the program has not received the confirmation yet, the owner can confirm it by himself\/herself by clicking on <strong>Check transaction <\/strong>and select <strong>Confirm having paid. <\/strong>Then click <strong>Close. <\/strong>The program will recognize the payment method for the bill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/604.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After receiving confirmation of making payment successfully via e-wallet, if the owner edits the bill amount which is less than the paid amount via e-wallket, the program will not update the paid amount via e-wallet again.<\/li>\n<li>If the owner does not receive confirmation of making payment successfully via e-wallet and he\/she clicks Complete, the program will complete it and recognize the payment method as e-wallet.<\/li>\n<li>For the making-up, exchange\/return, or edited bills, the program recognizes e-wallet payment method the same as bank cards.<\/li>\n<li>The program does not recognize payment via e-wallet for the bills involving deposit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>If the customer has not paid yet <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-thung-rac.png\" alt=\"\" \/> next to the amount the customer needs to pay.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/515.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\nCheck <strong>Unpaid<\/strong> enter the amount the customer has not paid yet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/516.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/518.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/519.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. Click <strong>F12 &#8211; Complete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>If the shop uses the bar code scanner<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><strong>Step 1: Select the item<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Scan the bar code of the items. The program will direct to Quick get payment to quickly check out for the customers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/521.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>In case of scanning bar codes but the scanner cannot read the product, you can enter bar code to select the item or click F3 to search the item.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. If the customer buys item with unit other than basic unit, right click on the item and select <strong>Change unit<\/strong>, select the right unit.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"http:\/\/help2014.misa.local\/mshop_sudung_vi\/\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bill_dvt.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n3. If the customer buys items in bulk, right click on the item and select <strong>Change quantity<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4. Enter the quantity.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/522.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/523.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Check out and get payment<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Follow the same steps when the shop does not use the barcode scanner above.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Note<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Upon creating a bill, the program will automatically generate a stock issue note in order to follow up the inventory exactly. The unit price of the issued stock is based on First comes First serves.
