Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nTo recognize result from stock checking, follow these steps:<br \/>\n1. Select <strong>Storehouse\\Stock checking<\/strong>, click <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/10.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. Enter information on Stock checking. Click <strong>Stock checking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/11.jpg\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Enter actual quantity by either of these ways:<br \/>\n<strong>Alternative 1:<\/strong> Enter it on <strong>Stock checking <\/strong>screen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the item you want to check. You can quickly select by clicking the icon <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-tim-kiem-1.png\"> to select.<\/li>\n<li>If the shops checks inventory with the barcode scanner, <strong>Scan barcode<\/strong> to scan the items. <em>(<strong>Note:<\/strong> The program only supports the scanners with USB port. View details <a href=\"quet_ma_vach_khi_kiem_ke_kho_the_nao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Enter actual quantity in the storehouse at <strong>Checking <\/strong>column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/12.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Alternative 2:<\/strong> Export list of items from the program. Conduct the stock checking. Then import the result to the program.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Click <strong>Export<\/strong> list of items and download it. Select <strong>Active items<\/strong> or <strong>Only inventory items<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/14.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Enter actual inventory quantity to <strong>Checking <\/strong>column, reason for difference (if necessary) on <strong>Reason <\/strong>column.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/910.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The program only imports the value in <strong>Checking <span><span>and <\/span>Reason <\/span><\/strong>column.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Save and close the Excel file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Click <strong>Import<\/strong>, select the newly added Excel file to import it to the program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/911.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>4. After that, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/912.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>5. Click <strong>Handle<\/strong>, the program will automatically generate stock issue\/receipt note corresponding to the difference after checking.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/913.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/914.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><span>4. Note<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>If the inventory quantity is different from the quantity in book: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Inventory quantity > Quantity in book the system will automatically generate <\/span><strong>Stock receipt for inventory<\/strong><span> on <\/span><strong>Stock receipt<\/strong><span> <span>tab <\/span>to handle the difference<\/span><span>.<\/span><br \/>\n        <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Inventory quantity < Quantity in book the system will automatically generate <strong>Stock issue for inventory<\/strong> on <strong>Stock issue<\/strong> <span>tab <\/span><span>to handle the difference<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you want to add the participant in the stock checking, you can add them in <strong>Participant <\/strong>tab<strong>.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/915.jpg\" class=\"img-size100\">\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>On <strong>Settings\\Purchase\/Sale\\Storehouse, <\/strong>if you check <strong>Warn when checking items is not completed <\/strong>when you save the stock checking note, the program will show the items which are not yet checked:\n<ul>\n<li>Check <strong>Not yet checked:<\/strong> the program will recognize that these items are not yet checked and the quantity is remained.<\/li>\n<li>Check<strong> Out of stock:<\/strong> the program will recognize the quatity is 0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/916.jpg\" class=\"null\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
