Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nThe manager can quickly add items by importing an Excel list of items to the program.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n2. Instruction steps<\/strong><br \/>\nTo import the items, please follow these steps:<br \/>\n<strong>Step 1: Prepare an Excel list of items<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Select <strong>Utilities\\Item<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Click <strong>Import.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/626.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Click Download template here<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> corresponding to <\/span><strong>Import list of items quickly<\/strong> to download the Excel template file.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/627.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. Copy data to this Excel file. Then save and close the file.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/628.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<em><strong>Note:<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>If SKU code and bar code columns are left blank, the program will automatically generate these codes. (<strong>SKU Code <\/strong>is the item ID and used to distinguish items instead of item name. It is used for internalmanagement like inventory management and report.)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>If the shop uses the bar code and label on the item to manage and scan the code upon sale (E.g.: items like Eyewear, Jewelry, Watch), you can enter this information in <strong>Bar code<\/strong> column.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Import list of items from an Excel file<\/strong><br \/>\n1. On <strong>Utilities\\Items <\/strong>screen, click <strong>Import<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/626.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. At <strong>Select source file<\/strong>. Check <strong>Import list of items quickly<\/strong> and click <strong>Select source file<\/strong> to upload the Excel file.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Select <strong>Update <\/strong>if you want to update the item information if SKU code of the item in the Excel file is the same as that in the program.<br \/>\nSelect <strong>Skip <\/strong>if you want to keep the item which has the same SKU code as that in the program.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/629.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. At <strong>Check data <\/strong>step, the program will show the number of valid and invalid items.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/631.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. You can download the file including invalid items and edit them so as to be able to import them again to the program.<br \/>\n5. Click <strong>Continue<\/strong>.<br \/>\n6. At <strong>Import result <\/strong>step, the system will import valid items to the program and notify of the import result.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/632.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>7.
