On <strong>Print common labels tab<\/strong>, select the items you want to print labels.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/643.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Or click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-tim-kiem-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to select the items.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/634.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4. Here you can quickly enter the quantity of items you want to print labels.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/635.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>5. After selecting and entering the quantity of items you want to print labels, click <strong>Select<\/strong>. The program will automatically load list of items and the number of labels to be printed.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/645.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>6. If you want to print labels for the items which have not printed labels, click <strong>Utilities\/Select item which has not printed label<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/646.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/647.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>7. Enter the number of labels to be printed for each item or for all items.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/648.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>8. The manager cfan set the quantity of labels to be printed for all items. For example: to print 5 labels for all items, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Utilities<\/strong>, select <strong>Enter the same quantity.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter the quantity, click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/649.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Then you can enter the number of labels for each item if you want.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>9. Or you can print labels for all items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Utilities<\/strong>, select <strong>Get inventory quantity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/650.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/645.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>10. Label template settings: <strong>Size, template<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<em>Select unit (<strong>mm <\/strong>or <strong>inch<\/strong>) to customize and select the paper size exactly.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/651.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>If the shop sells accessories (watches, jewelry, glasses), you can print T-shaped labels. View instructions <a href=\"huong_dan_in_tem_chu_t\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\nIf the shop uses the customized label template, click <strong>Other <\/strong>to select the template. View instructions <a href=\"170106_tuy_chinh_mau_in_tem_ma\">here<\/a>.<\/em><br \/>\n11. Click <strong>Print label.<br \/>\n<\/strong>12. Select the Label printer at <strong>Destination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/652.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>13. Click <strong>Print<\/strong> to Print label.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Uncheck <strong>Fit to printable area <\/strong>and set <strong>100%<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/653.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>You can check out how to print lable for items with Import Data Tool <a href=\"170301_in_tem_ma_bang_cong_cu_tool_import_data\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Note<\/strong><br \/>\n1. If the paper size is not set so that the label content is wrong, please fix it as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On Print screen, click <strong>Change <\/strong>in <strong>Destination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/654.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>At <strong>Local destination printer<\/strong>, click <strong>Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size50\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/655.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Select Label printer, right click and select <strong>Printing Preferences&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/in-tem-r5-4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Check paper format as mm or inch. Then enter paper size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size30\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/in-tem-r5-5.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Apply<\/strong>, then click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Close all forms and print again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>After setting up, paper size settings will be saved and next time you do not need to set it up again.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2. If items in the shops in the chain have multiple selling prices, after printing labels the manager can print labels according to selling price in each shop.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/659.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/658.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3.
