\nTo import list of the suppliers from an Excel file, please follow these steps:

\nStep 1: Prepare an Excel file<\/strong>
\n1. Select Utilities\\Supplier<\/strong>.
\n2. Click Import<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Download the Excel template file and copy the supplier debt to this file.<\/p>\n

\nStep 2: Import the supplier debt balance to the program<\/strong>
\n1. Select Utilities\\Supplier<\/strong>.
\n2. Click Import<\/strong>.
\n3. Select Source file<\/strong> to upload the Excel file.<\/p>\n

4. At the step Check data<\/strong>, the system will show which rows are valid and which are invalid. The invalid rows cannot be imported.<\/p>\n
