If the customer is entitled to the shop&#8217;s promotion programs, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-khuyen-mai.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to select it for them.<br \/>\n4. If the customer pays by <strong>Voucher<\/strong>, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-them.png\" alt=\"\" \/>, select <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2017-10-02_14-11-37.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to recognize.<br \/>\n5. If the bill has note, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-them.png\" alt=\"\" \/>, select <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-ghi-chu.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to recognize.<br \/>\n6. Click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-giao-hang.png\" alt=\"\" \/> to enter shipping information.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter <strong>Receiver information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/542.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>If the ship parter collects money from the customer and then pays it to the shop, check <strong>COD.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>If the customer pays in full, enter the amount in Deposit box and select payment method.<br \/>\nSelect the sale channel if the shop posts and sells on Lazada, Shopee and Facebook.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter information on <strong>ship partner<\/strong>. Select partner type and enter information.<\/li>\n<li><em>If the shop has connected with the ship partners: <strong>Giaohangnhanh, Giaohangtietkiem, Viettel Post,<\/strong> the cashier can select these partners in Shipping information by checking Organization. Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<em>If the customer has not paid yet, check <strong>Unpaid<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/544.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>8. Then click <strong>F10 &#8211; Save to ship book<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><em><br \/>\nStep 2: Ship<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAfter creating the shipping order, the shop will give items to the partner. To do so, please follow these steps:<br \/>\n1. Click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/bieu-tuong-3vach.png\" alt=\"\" \/> and select <strong>Shipping book<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Select <strong>Waiting for shipping<\/strong>.<br \/>\n3. Click <strong>Ship<\/strong> on the order to be shipped.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/545.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>In case of shipping immediately after creating the order, on <strong>Sale <\/strong>screen click <strong>Ship<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/546.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Step 3: Track shipping status<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1. After getting orders shipped, the orders are moved to <strong>Shipping<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>In case of shipping successfully.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Complete<\/strong> on the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/547.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>For the COD orders, after collecting COD from the partner click <strong>Collect COD <\/strong>on the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/548.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the payment method from the ship partner, click <strong>Collect COD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/549.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/550.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>In case of shipping unsuccessfully<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/icon-gh.png\" alt=\"\" \/> and select <strong>Failed to ship<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/551.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter reason and click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/552.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Then the order is moved to <strong>Failed, <\/strong>click <strong>Return <\/strong>to recognize the return of the items to the storehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/553.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>If the shop has to pay to the shipping partner due to shipping failure, enter a part of shipping cost on <strong>New shipping cost paid to partner <\/strong>and click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/554.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n4. Note<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. If the ship partner pays COD weekly or monthly, the manager can create COD pay-in note from the ship partner on the management page.
