1. Purpose
For the shop chain with Headquarters, the purchase/stock receipt is done at the headquarters and then distributed to the shops. The shop management software MShopKeeper offers General storehouse feature for this kind of shop chain with Chain Store Package.
2. Instruction steps
1. Select General storehouse on the functional bar.
2. Here the manager can manage purchase, storehouse, pay-in/pay-out and other settings. However, they cannot proceed with Sale or sale-related activities.
Follow the same steps as for single shops. Here are detailed instructions:
- Purchase.
- Storehouse.
- Pay-in/Pay-out.
- Utilities (Do not set up utilities related to Customer, Drawer, Shift)
- Report (Excluding report on sale).
