1. Purpose
You can add customers to the program. Accroding to the customer information, the shop can easily manager them, run the promotion programs, offer discount as well as follow up debts.
2. Instruction steps
1. Select Utilities\Customer.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter customer information.
4. If the customer has Membership card, please enter membership ID, card class. Based on this information, it is possible to know if the customer is entittled to the promotion program or not.
After adding a card class, it will be automatically saved. Next time, you can select it from the list without adding it again.
5. If the customer is a company/organzation, add customer information in Company information.
6. After entering customer information, click Save.
